I asked in your previous topic about if your hands get tired and how much of your body do you use as opposed to just muscling it with your hands so my question is in regards to that again but from a different aspect since you already answered that.

Have you felt your hands/body get stronger and have more stamina for the work in the time you have been doing this? And is there any type of gym routine or something you do that makes you better equipped to handle your work?

I'm not a masseuse, but, having thought acupuncture was total bunk my whole life, it provided instant relief to a muscle impingement in my shoulder. Not a permanent fix, but man, such a relief. My sensei just busted out this whole kit and had it done by the mat in like 2 minutes.
And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to your span of life?

honestly i don't actively feel stronger but I know that i must be. the way that i work now, my body will tell me as i'm doing it if i'm doing something wrong rather than finding out later. I'm rarely too sore anymore. if something bothers me during a session I just change how i'm doing it. i weight train in the gym 4-5 days a week

I'm assuming you're licensed? What does that process look like for your state? My wife is licensed and in our state, it felt like going to school to be a nurse. The license is even given out by the board of nursing.

What type of massage do you find customers asking for most often?

How often have you experienced a customer having an emotional release while you massaged?

Do very many clients want to talk a lot during the massage?

500 hours of education, supervised hands on hours, licensing exam (there's a state exam and a more nationally recognized exam, I took the latter)

most people want "DEEP TISSUE" massage whatever that means lol

nope

not really, i've had a few who are chatty but usually conversation during sessions is about what i'm doing and not personal talk
