I figured Expedition 33 was locked in as I was playing it. Bananza was outstanding, and probably would have been my top game if not for that. I don't see Silksong or Prime 4 overtaking the spot despite my hype.

Voted DK Bananza because I loved it... It's also the only game I've played through on the list... Will be grabbing Ghost of Yotei since I loved the first game though...

Death Stranding 2 easily, though Clair Obscur is very good. I think I'll love Bananza when I get a chance to play it.

Probably Expedition 33. Amazing game. It also doesn't have a lot of competition. Maybe Death Stranding 2 could give it a run for its money, but no one talks about anything except for Ex33.

Oh crap, I didn't know Split Fiction was in there. That could end up being the wildcard winner.

My hunch is Expedition 33 will get the most accolades, but wouldn't be surprised if we get some handwanking overrating for Split Fiction.

If we're talking personally, I've only played Exp33, DKB, and Deltarune. As much as I love Deltarune I feel weird counting a not finished title, and I liked Bananza WAY more than exp33, so Bananza so far is definitely my GotY.

As for how The Game Awards will go about things, my Guess is either Death Stranding 2 or Exp 33. DS2 because of Kojima or Exp 33 because of how much hoopla praise and love the game has gotten (Kinda how I think/guess Baldur's gate 3 won)
