Is Rockstar EVER going to make a new game that isn't GTA or RDR? What happened to Bully, Manhunt and Max Payne?

On one hand I want them to, on the other hand RDR2 is my favorite game of all time and I just want RDR3 at this point but I know even in a best case scenario that is probably like 6 to 8 years away from now.

Hell I would pay full price for just a rerelease of RDR2 on PS5 with 60 fps and touch up the visuals which already look great.

Bully 2 was in development and there's a lot of concept art and assets you can see. It had a completely different tone from the first game and was apparently supposed to be inspired by 80s-90s comedies but set in a large suburban setting. Some of the character designs looked really unique. It could have been cool to see an open world Rockstar game but lighter in tone compared to GTA and RDR.

Technically the first one was made by Angel Studios who later got bought by Rockstar and became Rockstar San Diego for all the sequels. I believe RDR1 was the last game made primarily by them before all of Rockstar started operating as one big international blob.

Theyre rumored to be working on an open-world medieval game codenamed "Project Medieval" or "Project Ethos"
Im sure itll be at the very least a year after GTAVI launches before we hear anything official

that's because remedy went to them to ask if they could, since it was their game before they sold it

While I really wanted that to be true it appears to be a very flimsy rumor where some Rockstar India employee had medieval architecture on some online profile and the trademark for Project Ethos was some other company and not Rockstar. There is very little evidence for any of this.

But I totally wish it was true.
