Im currently talking with a guy on a Portuguese message board thats mad about a Sucker Punch employee making a joke about his death.

I agree with this. There could be blatant proof that the shooter is right-wing but theyll say it doesnt matter and that killing Charlie Kirk makes them left-wing. They were also doing that with the guy who tried to assassinate trump.

Im no legal expert, but I assume because it would fall under defamation, which is incredibly difficult to prove and would likely just be a waste of time and money for everyone involved (except for the lawyers).
