If you really want to get caught up in a timely manner, you'll want to aim for at least 5 episodes a day. Still gonna take a long time, but you'll get there eventually.

I heard theres something called One Pace which is like a guide or something on what episodes to watch which cuts out filler. I heard even that is slow compared to the manga though. The manga is easy to binge and its incredibly fast, compared to the anime where even with a guide to cut the filler its slow
One Pace is a fan project that reedits the episodes to have better pacing. But that issue doesn't crop up until a few hundred episodes in regardless.
One Piece actually doesn't have a filler problem the same way Naruto does. There ARE filler arcs, but they usually don't last long. Instead, later arcs (starting after Enies Lobby) will stretch a single manga chapter out into an entire episode. Sometimes even more than 1 episode. That's where One Pace is helpful.
