I'm the most fashion devoid person most people know. My style has been the same my entire life. Athletic shorts and plain cheap one color t-shirts from fruit of the loom that only cost a few dollars. Hasn't changed at all and I'm 49.
In the last 20 years I haven't spent more than maybe a couple hundred bucks on clothes and it was just buying more wool socks so I can go like a over a full month before I need to do laundry for socks and boxers.
I did buy a lot of clothes in my early to mid 20's but it was just like a fucking ton of Adidas shorts. Like I have maybe 50 different ones all different colors and styles. I still wear those. I also have the track pants from Adidas with the snaps down the sides but only will wear them if it is cold out.
And in the dead of winter when I wear jeans it is the same two pair I have had for like 26 years now. Some plain carpenter style baggy jeans from the farm store. I hate tight clothing.
But yeah basically whether you saw me in the 80's, 90's, 2000, 2010, or 2020's you were going to see me in athletic shorts and a plain t-shirt.
