The Dark Knight and Captain America Winter Soldier are the two best grounded super hero movies of all time honestly. There are no others in the genre that come close.
Thats a good way of qualifying it because for its time the grounded approach was exactly what the audiences wanted as a palette cleanser from Schumacher shenanigans.
