I make a drizzle from the chicken oils (baked chicken). I dump cayenne, paprika, garlic, olive oil, Italian herbs, Mexican oregano, salt and pepper along the sides of the pan and let the chicken oil mix with it while it cooks. Then I pour a fair amount on my chicken when it's all done. Pretty good IMO, way better than unseasoned chicken...
