It's weird how the people who abhor conservative/Christian guilt and disgust regarding sex and other social issues also lament the loss of shame when they deem the situation crude.

In not sure if she planned for it to happen on stream. You could argue she should have turned it off at the point her water broke but it seems like chat was supportive.

Nothing sexually explicit or inappropriate was shown, so there wasn't any reason why she would get banned for doing the stream. Also, Fandy received pre-approval from Twitch to do the birth stream and even the Twitch CEO posted in chat early on during her stream.
