Premise: Legends were told of the Japanese hero, Momotaro, who fought against the oni menace who were based on the island of Onigashima. Unknown to the common folk, the legends were actually real and the battle has grown to two distinct factions of those whose possess certain bloodlines, the Momotaro Clan and the Oni Clan. Shiki Ichinose, a typical punk who was even expelled from school, found himself being pulled into this war when he found out that his adoptive father was a former member of the Momotaro Organization who became a turncoat to protect him and died as a result. Looking for getting vengeance for his father, Shiki joined Rasetsu Academy, located on Onigashima, to learn more about his power (using his blood to create various guns and firearms), get stronger, and kill the man responsible for his father's death.
