I wake up naturally fully rested with no alarm clock each day. Anywhere from 0800 to 1030. Just depends on when I went to bed and how tired I was. I have a great job and I don't have to get up at 0700 for it. If I worked 1st shift though I'd have to be up earlier than that. 1st shift starts officially at 0700 but really at 0630.
