I don't think this one will go his way. Emiru isn't some random, she is one of the Twitch favorites, kind of stepped up at Twitchcon, was getting insane support due to some creep assaulting her at Twitchcon and how she handled it, including rightfully calling out Twitch, and is now saying this.
In regards to stalking, she's shown evidence that after their breakup, he will not leave her alone, constantly pestering her. She has the messages saved.
In regards to being abused physically, she claims he would throw stuff at her. Last clip I saw, he claimed it was nothing intentional (something like tossing a phone to her and it hitting her), but he also claims that "she's not innocent either because she would throw plushies and clothes at him".
In regards to him being mentally abusive, it kind of goes without saying. There's been plenty of times on stream, with clips that are now being dug up, of him getting mad at her for things like "you get more viewers than me". This is also an issue he had with his prior ex, Maya.
In regards to sexual assault, I haven't seen proof of it. That doesn't mean it didn't happen. At the very least, if it did happen, most people seem to agree that it was him misreading a situation, but at the same time, it's still fucked up.

I thought Mizkif was redeemed from a previous case of being accused of hiding sexual assault or something. That dude is in a lot of drama
Yeah, that claim was pretty bogus and fell apart the more the accuser spoke on the topic.
