For those who work/have worked overnight shifts, what's it like?

I'm already naturally a night owl (I usually don't fall asleep till like 2 or 3 am) so I'm not super concerned about getting tired during my shift.
Rookie mistake.

Being up at 2am when you're at home and kinda just doing nothing isn't anything like being up at 2am cause you have to work.

You're gonna have to adjust your sleep schedule cause if you try to maintain it then you're just going to crash a few days in when you first start.
Who is? I am!
