on saturday i don't shop.
friday yes.
also to note: my caseworker reached out if i had a plan in place and sent a document with food resources if i run into trouble. said i wouldn't be bashful about using it. i have emergency funds in place so i can eat like i normally do.
mostly healthy, though sometimes i eat bad food (ice cream cones or sandwich mostly).
