He's talked about it in the past that sponsorship deals stress him out and he'd rather not put him or his viewers through things he finds questionable. According to him he's at the point now where he doesn't need to worry about money, ergo why he was one of the original people who turned off monetization a few years ago. Whether or not that's true or not, I have no idea.

That's his old take. He started using it when he swapped from Asmongold to his alt channel, Zackrawrr. And his channel is monetized now.

About a year ago, his politics reached a boiling point when commenting about Palestinians and made a comment that got him suspended. It was breaking headlines and by extension, he lost sponsors and even Twitch got affected because advertisers started pulling their ads off the platform (this was also due to people like Hasan Piker).

There were sponsors he still wouldn't take, as far as I know, but I don't think anyone really reaches out anymore, aside from those that he doesn't want to be affiliated with.

But yeah, this is getting away from the point. Asmon caters to the political crowd and says things that makes people (streamers, celebs, athletes) not want to collab with him. bbno$ even censored him out of his video.

The guy who hangs out with Emiru and Nick Polem is racist.... that's a bit of a stretch. He may not like people, but that hardly makes him racist.

This, was about to say something similar. Most of the time when racists have friends of color, their internal excuse is "they're one of the few good ones."

How many because he physically stinks or some political commentary he's made in the past? The majority. I don't know the full context of that clip, I'd have to see everything leading up to it and after to make a judgement call. I certainly won't look at the 15 seconds that's probably clipped and judge from that, because anyone can do that on any stream and ruin someone's life.

Maybe he is becoming more one sided. I don't know. I don't follow the guy religiously, but when you have people bringing him up constantly like its a fucking diary it's hard to take them serious because I know how out of context things can become.

While I do think posting his stuff on CE should be toned down like crazy, I do think we have to realize just how big of a following and influence this guy gets. None of my niece or nephews watches him, but he is getting watched by a lot of College and Highschool Male students. He is constantly getting talked about, primarily by other guys (especially ones that love watching Anime or what my nephew call "Open Gooners"). Whether we like it or not, he is a highly influential figure and it's important to know what he talks about so you can find a right "counter" to his arguments if it ever gets brought up by the younger generation. Since most of us are guys, it's very very easy to get sucked into the Redpill/Chud space especially if you're a lonely male virgin.

Yeah it comes off as racist if you see the 25 second clipped from it, but the full clip at least to me is referring to when the pilgrims invaded who were majority white. Ergo, "White peoples land", since outside the initial people who landed and the natives that survived, most other races and religions were brought in afterwards. He then went on to talk about how countries were divided up, which I have no clue where he was going with that.

But hey, I could be completely wrong about it.

In full context, it looks a lot better.

He seems to be speaking historically/"how it is" VS. claiming that's how it should be.

He's actually calling out Japan for xenophobia and how there's some hypocrisy about certain people claiming they don't like to see diversity in Japan but wouldn't ever say the same thing about otjer locations, because compared to our societies, they absolutely are xenophobic by comparison. Most of the "foreigners" don't live there and are just tourists and honestly outside of some very touristy areas and Kyoto, the amount of foreigners disippate dramatically. Go to anywhere not Kyoto and Shibuya and it's like 99.9% Japanese. However, because they like specific areas, I can see why they are annoying, not to mention some of them can be rude, but if you look at the actual numbers of foreigners they let in to LIVE THERE, the Japanese people have a hilariously low tolerance for immigration compared to western countries.

Technically, all of Japan does not belong to the Japanese. You can own land in Japan and have a slice of it yourself as a non-Japanese (ethnically) if you're a citizen. That being said, in practicality, majority rule is still a thing and the Japanese could vote you out of your rights and strip them from you if they really wanted, and can very easily strip those who don't have rights from ever getting them by stopping non-Japanese from acquiring citizenship.

I assume this is what he meant. White people objectively hold a majority of the power in the US, regardless of who held it in the past, and if the majority collectively decide to strip you of your rights, your screwed. Luckily US is significantly less homogenized than Japan, but the same principles apply to where white people as a collective band together, they still hold a majority of power in the US and can remove people's rights, and can very easily stop others from ever getting those rights (people trying to become citizens).
