Wow its rough. It follows Donnies sister years later, but it completely misses the tone, mystery, and atmosphere that made the original work. Feels more like a fan film than a real continuation. Cant believe this actually got made.

This and American Psycho 2, I just avoided at all cost. Never watched the trailers. They don't exist in my mind.

I remember enjoying American Psycho. Then I distinctly remember when I saw the second one existed, I was confused by the cover art and watched some of the trailer. That was enough of that...

I just watched Lost Boys for the first time and then I found out they made a sequel like twenty years later and it got awful reviews.

I remember watching it. Wasn't it about his younger sister when she's older? Of course Maggie Gyllenhal would not have been in it.

Oh crap I remember this. Wait 2009? I don't remember this, I could have sworn this was some recent shit, at least like 2016 or something. That movie is older than the time frame between it and the original. Also thought it would be called Donnie Darker lol

It didn't even have maggie gylenhal! Whatever
