My job is destructive by its nature, but my personal job/impact within the organization neither produces nor destroys.
The name is wackyteen for a reason. Never doubt.
I guess, technically, yes. I work at a grocery store cutting fruits and vegetables. Good for those who aren't able to do it themselves for whatever reason, or have no need buy an entire watermelon if it would just go to waste. Also useful to those who would rather pay $4..99/lb for a sliced onion instead of paying $1.29/lb and doing it themselves.
The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
Everything else, is theory.
Reason I took this job.

I wasnt even supporting my own dumbass servers before so it was a case of a useless version of a useless job.

I'm a cashier, not really.

We monitor sites for compliance and save the company money
Lab work to ensure good product gets out. So productive most days
When you find my sanity, please ask it to put pants on and return home, in that order please.
I unload trucks for a big box store, I don't know how productive being in the trenches of hyper consumerism is but likely not at all.

I write billing and logistics applications. Honestly if they didnt have my software they could still use less specialized tools that would get the job done. It would be a nightmare but meh it would still technically work
If not for the glaze
Yes. I work at a power plant that produces two things that get used. Steam from the boilers is sent to college campus and used for heating/cooling. Before it goes to campus though it is put through a steam turbine generator to make electricity.

So all heat and air conditioning and electricity is produced by my plant for a major state university college campus which is quite large and we are tied into the city itself and can send them electricity too.

The last time I checked most people depend on electricity being produced.

I don't make things, but I do catch things in the process of breaking before they're broken.

All my jobs have produced things that are technically of value, though in my opinion all but one have been relatively pointless things that very few people will really need/want

Furniture salesman. I don't know the logistics, but you find that there are "regulars", people that are constantly changing their furniture out (and sometimes tossing it instead of donating/selling it) and I've definitely upsold enough bedroom sets to kill off a few dozen groves I think. Selling leather is probably awful for the environment too, you need to raise cows and even if on the grand scheme of things I'm one furniture salesman out of hundreds of thousands in the world, I've sold millions of dollars worth of leather product in my career...

I work for a CRM company that helps people find work through recruitment agencies.

I spend most of my time trying to think about and build automations so that they recruiters aren't actually needed to do their job.

So my job exists because of these people, and my job exists to get rid of these people.

I think a lot about how bullshit my job is. How it pretends to be helpful but actually just creates a lot of extra steps to do something.

Furniture salesman.
pretty sure this is a net neutral since all you do is convey existing goods from one person to another, the rest of your post is stuff the furniture builder would be thinking about

I work at a hotel, so we don't produce anything. But we do offer a service to let people stay and give them breakfast.
Shipping/receiving, I guess my proficiency does at the end keep the lights on & paying bills & eating.
I work in production so....

We repair commercial espresso machines for both small businesses and the campuses of Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and several others here in Silicon Valley. We also sell coffee and sports supplements. So it's productive, but sometimes people at these large corporations can be babies about not having coffee if their machine is down and it reminds you that you're not always providing an essential service like plumbing. We're a lifesaver for cafes and coffee shops who rely on their machines for their livelihoods, though.
