Win in the sense of what he was facing from the Internet. He was accused of being a pedo and using Twitch to message a minor creepy stuff. The court proved that she's, in his words, "technically legal" or some weird phrasing like that. So when people were calling him a creep, his defense he paraded around was "the court sided with me".
That's what I'm referring to.
Mizkif is being accused of rape by many on the Internet. If a court says that he did not rape Emiru, which as far as I know, not even Emiru is claiming that (I think she claimed he misread the situation), then Mizkif can pull the same thing Dr pulled. "The court sided with me" while leaving out everything the court did not side with him on in hopes that people attribute his statement to everything.
That's not something a court in this case can or will rule upon, because he's suing for defamation of character. HE is the plaintiff. He has to prove they lied about him and their statements are false and caused him hard.
