how will they do any of that? that's like saying a states police will raid an FBI branch building. ICE is under federal authority, the police are under state, federal authority wins out in all cases. the only way you could raid an ICE facility would be to have the FBI or another federal investigative body authorize it.
an ICE agent can be arrested if they commit crimes outside their duty as ICE agents. but the trump administration has granted blanket protection to all ICE agents essentially allowing any and all activity they commit while acting as agents as being covered by blanket immunity from state prosecution. the police legally cant arrest them at this point, and if they try to force the issue you're going to see a lot of dead bodies.
this is why the asshole ice agents that chased a man down and got him run over on the interstate in my area about 3 weeks ago will never face any charges while trump is in office. they are above the law, doesn't matter what a random judge says.
