I love playing classic JRPGs. Something so simple and pure about NES JRPGs.

The new intro was very long, but having fun walking around mashing attack. I find the new intro and translation kind of annoying tbh, but the classic gameplay is there.

So, between DQ1, DQ2, and DQ3, which remake is best to start with?

The way they remade them, it makes most sense to start with 3, then 1 and finish with 2

You can start with three, since it's a prequel to the first.
They clearly intend you to start with 3 with these remakes
The commercial says that Church isn't for perfect people, I guess that's why I'm an atheist.
I'm enjoying it but I never played the original, so I can't compare it.

I last played it yesterday but I was mostly just doing some grinding. I got to the Weird Woods but was having difficulty with the fight against the 3 Mirages, so I wanted to gain a few more levels.

Gonna retry it tomorrow.

yeah this. if you were playing the OG games i would've recommended the release order but with these remakes might as well do them chronologically even if it doesn't really matter that much
