If you believe in a benevolent God, how do you explain Donald Trump?

I think TC is just bringing up The Problem of Evil.

It goes something like this:
1. If god is all-powerful, he could prevent evil.
2. If god is all-knowing, he knows about evil.
3. If god is perfectly good, he would prevent evil, yet evil exists.
Therefore, either god doesn't exist or our understanding of god's nature is wrong.

#3 can throw up some issues. Would a 'perfectly good' being force others to be perfectly good, even against their will?
