A Question about Pre-Ordering at GameStop to for the guys who work there.

Ok, let's say that I have a Power-Up Card, but it's actually my cousin's who lives far away in a different state.
So if I were to place a pre-order using his card, it should only be linked to the particular store that I pre-ordered from, right?
In other words, he can't cancel it or claim the game himself at a store near him despite the reserve being under his name and number, right?
And just to be sure, as long as I still have the card and receipt, there shouldn't be any problems on my end of picking the game as well, right?

Just trying to be safe here.

Make sure you give your information before handing them the card otherwise they probably won't ask you for your info because his info is auto pulled up.

Oh, but I already pre-ordered the game...

Maybe I'll just cancel it and then put it under my number to be safe.

And the game in question is Tales of Graces f, which comes with a pre-order bonus so I'd like to not be screwed over on this.
