I need help finding time for myself

Have you ever been interrupted by people when you wanted to watch a show/movie/game/etc? Once is ok right? No big problem. I don't mind that. But today I had to deal with a person that's so ****ing needy they felt the need to interrupt me 5 times throughout the day while I was trying to find some alone time.

I'm so ****ing pissed right now and just need a place to vent.

It's a roommate. He's interrupted me 5 times in the last 6 hours for the same ****. I'm just trying to watch some anime movies in peace and every time I get to a good part I had to pause.

Yea I've tried that, but this happens on a constant basis :(

I need to set clearer boundaries. I think I've calmed down now. It really sucks that I get engrossed in things easily and then have my concentration broken, but that's life.

Just have your "time for yourself" when they go to sleep. Also lock the door and have something to clean up with ready.
