Been on Gfaqs for ten ****ing years.


Jesus Christ.


Got the internet for the first time two days before.

I browsed gfaqs for a couple years at school in juniour high. Then my dad finally decided to get internet on May 15 2002. Signed on to Gamefaqs two days later. on May 17 2002. First thing I did was go to the PRP.com . then I went to Gamefaqs, and signed on so I could post on the GTA3 board, and the Twisted metal Black board.


I still have those two boards in my favourite boards.



Two of the greatest games ever made. twisted metal black, and GTA3.

Then a few months later, Board 8 was born. I went there a few times but I went back to GTA3 and TMB and I discovered the Metal board.
I made a save my Iron Maiden song contest
It took a few months.

I have no Idea who won. I think it was Hallowed be Thy Name. but I'm not sure.

ah, back when my family was alive. I miss those days.

My first account reached 10 years back on the 16th. I still remember being only 13 and poking around at the message boards and writing crappy reviews for a bunch of my favorite games. It wasn't long from there before I showed up on Board 8.

Most of all I remember how seriously I took everything. It wasn't hard at all to get me angry and indignant.

^Yeah, when I first got the Internet in 96, we only had one phone line so we had to be careful about when we logged on. I always had to disconnect the phone to plug the modem into the phone line. It wasn't until we got DSL in 2000 that it wasn't necessary anymore.

Until then I was allowed to be online for exactly one hour per day.

Before 96 I sometimes went with my dad to his work, and they had some fast Internet and his office always had an open computer. I was always going onto the Nintendo website and looking up guides and cheats for any game that I owned.

Oh man, DSL was crazy.

Could use the phone while surfing the internet. And the internet seemed so fast all of a sudden.

Heh sounds just like me, except that I still write crappy reviews. My account will turn 10 in about 6 weeks. Man we guys are getting old!

I think I need to play this Total Annihilation. I remember my brother being interested in it back then, but we never bought it for whatever reason.

Given the time, I think we got Star Fox 64 and Wave Race 64 instead.

I regret nothing.

My original account would've been 10 back in January (R.I.P.) I made it to post on the Super Smash Bros. Melee board. Had some pretty nice fanfic's on there, "Food", "The Magic Coffee Bean", and "The Trip to Hawaii". Good times!
