It Comes at Night is by no means a bad movie, but it was poorly marketed. I'd even go as far as to say it was marketed in mean spirits to draw in a certain crowd that's ultimately going to leave the theater at least slightly disappointed when the movie doesn't deliver half of what they thought it would.
I'm just glad I get to see movies for free because I am not the type to show my ass in a public place to get money back and I don't want to be.
Anyway in other news Steven King is on the rise guys. In addition to It, which is highly likely to be a two-part theatrical release film series, The Dark Tower is getting at least one movie, and The Mist is getting not a reboot, but... a television series. I'm not sure how they're going to make that work. The book wasn't
that
big so I'm guessing lots of embellishments.
