LtM have you seen the dub? Obviously it does have that reputation, but based on the three or so scenes I've seen it actually seemed fine or even good to me.
(To clarify, I am asking because I am curious and place noticeably more value in the opinions of Board 8 Anime than in the anime community as a whole on the subject of dubs.)
