I don't know who voted for it but the votes were all in for that poll before the deadline or when I bumped the topic. I notated the poll percentages when I bumped the topic and they were the same when I finally did the update so I dunno. (I didn't check yet to verify how far past the deadline I bumped the topic though but I guess it's possible some votes came after the deadline.)
