In the first post, it says we need to pick a winner from four-packs starting with the division finals. Round 3 is the division semi-finals, correct?

This is a very valid point honestly. I wonder if I had it wrong then or just typed it wrong, but the rules are pretty clear about it not changing before the division finals.

So unless there are big objections, I believe the only fair thing to do is keep it at that. It could've made a huge difference in what people picked.

I wouldn't call it clear, because it also says "For every matchday, you must pick one game that you think will advance," but whatever, it's fine.

I was going to say, everybody went for GTA V except me? I wasn't touching that if I didn't have to; GTA V and Red Dead Redemption can reasonably be assumed to be in the same ballpark, I'd say. I was guessing GTA V would be a little better, but not by much.

I do have GTA V winning the division in my bracket... mostly because I had to choose something. Not that my bracket is going places.. So, if GTA V can't pull it out, then I'd be thrilled to at least win one of these mini-contests.

Thanks, firefdr. I was nearly eliminated by Dragon Age too... but my wishy-washiness caused me to change my mind right before the match. I really thought this thing was gonna go to round 4. I was trying to figure out how to not pick the top 3-4 games with the least amount of risk.

It's too bad about the rule misunderstanding, but thanks to ctesjbuvf for taking the time to do this. Keeping track of stuff like this takes time, although I suppose most of us have a lot of extra time right about now.

Congratiolations Agent M! Good job to the other three getting two rounds longer than anybody else. This has been fun to host, I think it's a cool little side contest, that doesn't require too much time.

The rule misunderstanding situation was a huge shame, because in either case it screwed some people over and I basically had to choose who. I chose this because it felt most fair. The info that it changed to two matches now is not easy to find yourself and I thought this way would screw people over less than the other way. The damage is all on me and it would've probably helped if I didn't get this out last minute.

Well, I still study and work full time, but almost everything else I usually spend time on is canceled and I can't see anyone but my two roomates so I sit at home all day giving me a lot of extra time.
