Mines definitely Facebook, mainly cause I dont use it, also my apathy towards social media.

also I realized its technically meta but whatever its not like people call google alphabet so same for Facebook

Ah, I asked a variant of this question a while back, though I had Walmart on here instead of Netflix and Microsoft, since I don't see anything particularly wrong with those two. Just search "companies" on that Lost Old Games Site...

Now, if you'd asked me a few years ago, I'd have said Apple for their price-gouging and poor treatment of workers, but they're... not that bad anymore. They're actually doing stuff that's good for consumers, which is more than Facebook, Amazon, and The Google can say. I really don't know how to process that given my historical record of despising Apple.

It's really a tossup between Facebook and Amazon and which I pick depends on the day.

Facebook, and I almost want to say easily which is genuinely kind of impressive given Amazon's treatment of workers should make that a very high bar. It's basically the worst of social media and the harm it has done globally can't really be understated.

Amazon hurts its employees but it's at least kind of convenient for the rest of us. Facebook is terrible for everyone.

facebook always tries to overextend itself in ways that aren't beneficial.
amazon has the worst treatment but has the arguable best benefits at the same time to offset it.
apple still has its borderline slave labor but are easier to ignore than the other options.
netflix doesn't have many negatives to it.
google is basically amazon x facebook: the other arguable in best benefits but also dumb in how it overextends. they actually do get a successful project though.
microsoft somehow flies under the radar despite being #2 in a wide number of categories from the above.

They all suck. If I were to rank them, I think it'd be

Netflix > Apple >> Google > Amazon = Microsoft >> Facebook

Google only ranks above Amazon/Microsoft because its services are actually solid if you ignore the fact that they're datamining the shit out of you for using them.

Facebook is in a tier of its own for awful.

Yeah this is basically it, hell the acronym used to be faang but since streaming became more competitive Netflix isnt nearly as dominant in the market (but still very strong in it)

They've literally been profiting off the spread of hate and misinformation, and I genuinely believe that it's not a coincidence that as their power and influence has spread the country has grown more divided. Facebook is an account link to my mobile games, and occasionally I'll see what my friends are up to or use Messenger.

I've definitely seen a trend where a lot of my friends and relatives aren't that active on it anymore.

Man, it's a bit of weird feeling that Microsoft is likely the least evil of those when like 20 years ago that probably would not have been the case.

if i'm going by "how evil are they," several of these companies treat their workers like garbage, so that's a tough call.

if i'm going by "how useful are they to me," i use products/services by all of them but i use amazon the least. so that one, i guess.

honorable mention to facebook for making me horribly addicted to their social network.
