Yeah maybe Round Robin would take too long the way I'm thinking of it.
It might work out if we did best of 3s until either winner's/loser's or grand finals or something. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this format would be one additional set of concurrent matches compared to last time.
Edit: I might have misunderstood the format, but after re-reading, this might be the same number of concurrent matches as last time if we're jumping straight to winner's finals from groups.
Though to be fair, I guess if there are more people playing in sets 2 and 3, there are more opportunities for 5-game sets which may prolong things more than last time.
