The Ha, or acts 2-4, sped up the action leading to a great dramatic moment or tragedy in act 3, with battles being common in acts 2 or 4
And it just doesn't make sense to have two different acts of resolution. What would define them from each other?
Like if anything act 3 should have been the backstory, and everything since is act 4.
