Patch notes. A big noticeable change to the way tanks work in non-Role Queue modes (like Deathmatch and modes where there can be more than one tank per team), lowering their health so they're not so overwhelmingly powerful when stacked together.
Big changes to how Mercy plays. She's much less mobile, but has her healing reworking so she heals low health targets more (while also healing herself at the same time). Wrecking Ball gets buffs, including gaining regenerating shields, and Reinhardt gets buffed as well. Basically all my mains got something good out of this patch:
