I ask because for some reason was reminded of that Halo 3 diorama ad campaign and watched it just now, and not for the first time. I didn't even play the game but that was such a good one

Basically all the Final Fantasy XIV trailers are lit. It may not be the best of the bunch for most but the video that played at the end of 1.0 shutdown and then was expanded on for 2.0 start may be my favorite trailer as it holds more gravitas after playing 1.0 and being present when it shutdown and meteor hit.

Wrath of the Lich King intro

possibly the single best in video game history imo. terenas tragic irony-filled voiceover while arthas resurrects sindragosa is just *chefs kiss*

like the stir the hearts of your people line as his army of undead roars line. So good.

I am considering it an ad because it was the announcement trailer as well iirc
