Yeah instead of the previously announced games like F-Zero and Golden Sun they gotta get the GBA versions of S/NES games that are already on the service out of the way.

Nintendo gonna Nintendo.

Do those add anything over the originals? I technically havent played World 2
Uhhhhh yeah this is pointless but ok
azuarc wasn't even home. he was playing Magic the Gathering at his buddy's store, which is extremely easy to verify
I think they add some bonus levels and the ability to play Mario Bros, but I'm still angry about it. I doubt I pay for the Expansion Pass again

Also I'm pretty sure they're deleting any negative comments on the announcement trailer for it.

Yoshi's Island has extra levels, and SMW tracks the Yoshi coins you collect in each level and I think adds a new set once you have them all? SMB2 might add collectibles too.

They should know better than to leave comments on in the first place.

They have voices and new items and stuff. Decent way to play those games again if that's what you want to do.

Yes, they are absolutely fine remakes. In fact, they are the way I first experienced playing each of those games having never had an NES or SNES. But to see them added to a (so far) very minimal GBA lineup on NSO at this point is very disappointing.

I understand being upset that other games you're looking forward to aren't being announced, but speaking only of the games themselves, all of the Super Mario Advance games are good remakes.

For SMW it added Dragon Coins into any levels that didnt originally have them, but when you collect them all it doesnt make a new set appear, it just visually changes them to Princess Coins. SMB2 adds a similar type of coin and then once you beat the game you can also find Yoshi eggs hidden in sub space in each level.

Im wondering why they arent adding Super Mario Bros. Deluxe to the Game Boy set.

I'm mostly just annoyed about how they're limiting access to their retro library.

Nintendo is on my shit list until every single game on the Wii Virtual Console has been re-realased.

They are working a debt off and they're far behind on payments.

Okay, drunkx talking now. Look, SMW is a top 10 game of all time for me and the GBA version was the first version I played, and I think putting the Super Mario Advance games on NOS EVENTUALL makes sense, but to do it now, while the library is still so limited, is silly. They announced a bunch of games that were comeing out and these were not among them, so I'm confused.

But really, Pokemon Stadium 2 and Kirby Tilt and Tumble WHEN?! I know those are not GBA but they were announced and I REALLY want to play them. I only ever rented Stadium 2 and I never ever played Tilt and Tumble and you know how much I love my dumb pink ball. :)

Actually I did ply som more Stadium 2 in 2016(?) at the midnight release of Pokemon Sun/Moon at GameStop, some dudes broight their N64 and a TV and we hooked it up OUTSIDE in line and it was fun.
