Considering that's where I have my only working copy of the original trilogy (transferred over to the Wii U), no.

That's how I played them.

I had the first one on wii but they sold the 5th case as DLC and fuck them for that

remember that the DS version became rare for awhile so I imagine this was alot of peoples first version

I only remember it because they made new promotional art for the games, and they're great.

raytan and Kana are on opposite ends of the Awesome Spectrum.
This was how I played the first one. I started with JFA on DS and by the time I wanted to get the first one it was hard to find on DS

Wow, these ARE cool! I had never seen them before! The one minor issue I take with them is that Larry is in the JFA poster, despite him not appearing in that game.

i played em first on wiiware yeah

even made sure to buy the rise from the ashes dlc after finishing 3 for the true release order and also i am super glad they actually separated it like that. that dlc was only a dollar too...

has to be said they weren't really GOOD ports, some of the controls were remarkably unwieldy, but i still swear by them over the mobile remasters and all the versions based on those just for the more authentic experience
I saw a bunch of the promotional material where the big gimmick was you got to point like Phoenix instead of just shouting like him.
I had the first one on wii but didn't get the others

instead of? it should have required a point and a shout!
Pretty sure the Wiimote had no mic, just a horrible ass speaker that took over characters' shouts if you didn't mute it. Also the pointing was awful to register because, again, Wiimote. Probably would've stopped playing if that was the only option.
