who's the rights-holder for Xenosaga nowadays? Can we finally get the HD remaster collection???
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but pretty sure this is still Bamco but they've openly said they have no interest in touching the Xenosaga brand.
no you're right but that was a year or two ago... listen anytime I see "Bandai Namco" I'm gonna think this!! Hell the last time this came up I reduced my "HD collection" hopes just to a straight re-release, I keep putting off a long-overdue replay since I haven't touched my PS2 in forever...They said they looked at it and it wasn't financially viable... But now they're remastering Baten Kaitos, so maybe after that?

It is wierd they have GU but not the originals. I mean, the GU games are WAY better, but still.I still haven't started it because I've been waiting for a collection of original games first
The Bandai Namco Summer Showcase panel returns this year, once again bringing together top anime game makers from Japan to deliver a barrage of news and reveals. The panel will feature exciting developments for hotly anticipated games based on NARUTO , SAND LAND , SWORD ART ONLINE , BATEN KAITOS , and more. There will also be show floor activities with themed booths that transport fans into their favorite anime universes. Attendees are invited to visit Bandai Namco in booths #2300 and #2600 for photo-ops, collectible swag, and hands-on demos giving them a chance to be the first to play key upcoming titles. Anime Expo 2023 takes place July 1-4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
