Personally have never understood the dialogue around Cam Akers. He's never looked good as an NFL RB to me. Maybe it's the situation he's played for but even calling him average seems generous by the stats at least. I haven't watched a ton of Rams games.

I'm not an Akers fan either. I've just never been impressed watching him play. I just don't know what their other options are.

Kareem Hunt is available as far as I know and has been in Stefanski's offense for many seasons

Idk... I saw shades of potential greatness in Stroud this past weekend.

Carolina? There's next to no hope there. In the driver's seat for the top draft pick and Chicago benefits from it.

Stroud has done well. I don't think we'll be able to tell anything about Bryce Young this year because the Panthers left the cupboard bare on offense.

I remember a few weeks ago, the Bears players and fans were all talking about how they were going to turn the rivalry with the Packers around and that this was their time. That seems like it was years ago though

Pog. Smart move, as one spring league works better than two. Allows enough time for any players signed by the NFL to actually rest their bodies more.

Yeah it makes sense. USFL is probably the better name to go under unless they create a whole new name and use X and US as the conference names.

Really it doesn't matter what they name it, the quality of play will still be hideous...
