Had a nice little exercise induced high going, felt great, cooled down, relaxed and suddenly holy fuck the sky is falling.

Exercise has been going well at least been like paying attention to that for a month and change and dropped about 8 pounds(over a holiday period making this harder).

Might you I only needed to start exercising because my dog is old and cant run like he used to so our old runs turned to walks and 6 days a week turned to 3 to 4.

Anyway this sucks day was great then all of a sudden brain go brrr and just stuck focusing on the bad.
It's 23 degrees in San Antonio right now. And it's been like that for the past 3 days. Sigh.

Yeah there has been basically no going outside for the past week here.

Two blizzards last week followed by a week of negative degree days with bad wind chills this week.

Very hard to be motivated to do things.

I use winter to focus on indoor activities. Totally okay to veg out and play video games or watch movies "all day".

It just lets me appreciate the nicer weather more when it does come, and I can do things outdoors again.

I've been good on this front so far, but February is usually the month it hits me.
