Obviously those first three are immovable. But while you can definitely make good arguments for Jigglypuff and Eevee as the fourth, I think I'm going to go with Gengar mainly because of how long it stayed relevant in competitive play. And it's obviously a pretty popular Pokemon outside of that too.

Going against th grain here. Pikachu is obvious. Pikachu is pokemon. Onix is the first gym leader's ace and probably the most memorable of the aces. Snorlax blocks one of the routes. And Lance has like 12 dragonites. Okay that's an exaggeration. He has 11.

Fourth place is a dead tie between Squirtle and Bulbasaur, but it feels so wrong to choose one over the other that I perversely choose neither. Jigglypuff and Eevee are both fantastic choices indeed. However, in the end, I will go with the top cat. Thats right! None other than our hero

Yeah, Pikachu/Charizard/Mewtwo were always going to be dead-set locks here. The question was who of Squirtle/Eevee/Jigglypuff/Meowth/Snorlax would get the most support for fourth.
