My favorite part has to be this actor playing the most depressed Oompa Loompa in history:
Okay but this is objectively hilarious. Possibly better value for money than the real thing. Those children (and parents) will remember going to the shit willy wonka warehouse for years to come. This is unironically true. Kids nowadays have grown up with memes about dashcon and such. They would love to be a part of something like this themselves.
this is going to keep happening and getting worse until someone actually makes laws to control AI useIt's just crazy how all ads were truthful until 2022. It's gonna take a long time for the law to catch up with this new tech.

The amazing part to me is how the guy put out a statement afterward saying the reason it fell so flat is because they had ordered a piece of holographic paper that didn't arrive on time.
The low effort had to have been intentional cause the planners wanted to go viral... right? It's a grifter, plain and simple.
Ok, maybe the parents did deserve to get scammed if they still went after seeing this pic on the web site for the event:I saw it and I love it so much.

"Cartchy tuns, exarserdray lollipops, a pasadise of sweet teats."
The vast majority of customers prob didn't see a single image, they just heard it was a wonka thing and bought it to keep their kids busy for a day. If it was a decent event no one would've cared or heard about any of this.Well if they bought it from the website (and I don't see another way of booking it unless you happen to be around the warehouse I guess), they would have seen the pics
this exact same story could have happened by Photoshopping fake event pics 25 years ago.
Scams did exist so that's a wrong thing to think

I can't stop laughing at 1 jelly bean per kid.
Oompa Loompa girl speaks up:Aw, she seems lovely.

I love of some of y'all think scams are a new thing, created specifically by AI art. Come on.What relevance does this have here?
To clarify, "this is going to keep happening and getting worse until laws get passed" and "It's just crazy how all ads were truthful until 2022." is more what I'm shaking my head about. Like, WHAT????I dont think its as bad a take as some say tbh. When scams are harder to do people do those scams less, making laws less necessary.
