Depends on what a Star is,
Performance vs. (my) expectation. I had Lapras at like +30 and Phantump at like +20 so
I also don't know the last couple gens well at all, so I avoid them for Star/Dud unless it's a situation like Cursola where none of the mons I know well DID stand out
