Definitely a worthy winner! It always bothered me that the movie had all these interesting monster ideas but the main one chosen was the most generic. I was happy to eliminate that zombie family immediately.
Yeah I saw that and I thought "I see what you're doing". And I mostly agree!
There are a few more that I would say is just as bad or worse in how generic they are. And I think partially they might want to choose a relatively simple since it's already a pretty unexpected movie otherwise.
But that's why I'm doubly sad we don't get to see more of these!
Ah well, perhaps one day...
