Project B8 - A modern recreation of a classic GFAQs style forum

Aaand because I'm an impulsive mf I also grabbed board8.io
I'm a sucker for the io ending, not sure which I like more but I think both would be pretty solid.

I'll aim for a quick rough cleanup and try to get things setup soon!
