I did not expect her to just come out and say that it was her fault for going against the original goal of the band and betraying their dream (though I doubt DD themselves see it this way), and that not only was there no crucial event, they desperately wanted her to stay. All of that restraint to not say what happened was because she's already come to accept her own fault before the show even started, again bringing it home to ther small but noteable galmin age.
I feel like it was kind of the opposite. She wanted the band to stay together, playing the songs they wanted, doing low stakes performances. The others wanted to sign with the record label and accept the changes forced upon them, essentially selling out. Which is basically what I expected from the start. It's a pretty common theme in music anime, I feel.
