I started watching Highlander: The Series.

Man, this show rocks.

It's as corny as any early/mid 90's show can be, but I think it holds up pretty well!

The first episode even has a great little nod to the movies with Christopher Lambert showing up as the main character of the series' clanmate. Also, for being essentially a no-name actor, Adrian Paul is really good in it.

There is a funny recurring bit where he absorbs the Quickening of other immortals he decapitated, and every scene is like the epitome of the "when you nut and she keeps sucking" meme. Please watch this:

Yeah I think it was on USA or TNT? I never watched it, but I saw it come on all the time.

I just found out the actor who played Richie died of suicide a few years ago. Now I'm sad.

He's great in this, seemed like he could have had a bright future.

My mom fucking loved the shit out of this show. I remember watching a few here or there with her. I enjoyed when I watched.

If you get the chance find the blooper reel once done with a season.

They would make them for wrap parties iirc so they have some extra fun stuff in them like a cow killing someone and getting the lightning effects.

That's a great premise for an episode. Imagine the cow that developed a taste for lightning
