Specifically I chose SNES and Genesis because they started "the console wars" which I think is a big part of the identity of console gaming.
I probably keep SNES regardless but Genesis might replace with Wii or 360. MAYBE replace both with both but I do think SNES library being as strong as it was at the time it was matters.
I love SNES/Genesis as the Magic/Bird of consoles, and I wish I could put them up as an untieable duo on the same spot, but as a Genesis kid, picking from the two... I know that I got to play great games, but I missed out on more great games.
