3v3 but seems to be lacking in mahvelness. or mahvelocity if you will. anyway i know nothing of hxh so im not too excited and its a 3v3 so im even less excited but im glad its a thing and not an arena fighter

All the Marvelheads that I saw who got to play it in person loved it. Justin Wong said if you love MvC, BlazBlue, Skullgirls, DBFZ, you should like this one too

It's pretty flat looking but we'll see what the final product is like.

The blandest 2D Fighting game is still better than the flashiest arena fighter.

I'm not big into fighting games but I am so starved for a HxH game that I'll most likely be getting this.

I do wish that it wasn't a simple 2D fighter, if it was in the style of the Ninja Storm games I'd be more excited.
I don't kill... but I don't lose either.

Noooooo thanks IMO.

Ninja Storm is the virus that completely poisoned that anime game well and gave us over a decade of worthless arena fighters because of it's popularity. Nearly every anime property with fighting game potential was completely wasted on this bottom of the barrel genre.

Which other anime properties use the Ninja Storm fighting mechanics? I have never seen of any others.

I'd also be happy with a musou though, anime fits perfectly with that genre imo.

There are probably some I'm missing but it's definitely been a consistent complaint that "uninspired arena fighter" at least for a solid period was the default answer to what to do with an anime license for video games.

To be fair, NUNS is definitely the best of these, but all of these trash games only exist in the state they do because of NUNS.
