I read somewhere that it is common for animated shows to have a guaranteed second season, but I can't be assed to verify ... so take this with a grain of salt ig

I'm got zero interest in this show, but I do think it's wierd that I have seen literally NO indication anywhere that this was coming out.

I guess if even the hate watchers aren't ringing their hands in excitement that could be a bad sign.

Unless it was stealth dropped?

With animation you do have to work far ahead if you're going to do a full season like The Simpsons or Family Guy, but that's just not the case with this show. The fact that this same company has scrapped completely finished products for a tax write off, its absolutely baffling that they didn't shut this second season down. Something about the analytics must have said it'd be worth not just completing the project be also airing it.

The season ends with Scrappy killing Velma and Velma's ghost killing Scrappy so I wouldn't worry about another season.

I finished it. I was just curious where things would head more than anything else. I cannot believe the Velma S2 spoilers actually used Scrappy and that he didnt suck. Might be the best thing the show did honestly
