Ya go my Bears. I don't really have a concrete opinion on what to do with 9. But I'm glad there's no suspense about 1! I wish there were more picks to make, but I'm okay with why there aren't.

Penix has terrible decision making that college players aren't good enough to regularly punish him for that NFL players will regularly punish him for.

The Falcons called Kirk Cousins when they were on the clock to let him know. From what I learned, Cousins understood a QB would be considered but he did not believe his successor would be taken in the first round. Im told hes a bit stunned.

I'm devastated.

I'm so upset that Bowers is not on my Jets.

Also I was in a filled bar with Falcons fans and the reaction to Penix... I wish I had gotten it filmed. Just bewilderment.

I actually really like Penix and think he could start Week 1 somewhere...which makes it all the more baffling that Atlanta took him to bury him behind Cousins.

Like why do you spend a top ten pick after signing Cousins to a big 4 year deal unless you don't think his health will hold up? In which case, why'd you sign him? Nothing about this makes any sense.

No matter how bad it gets for the Titans or Cowboys, I can always remind myself that at least I'm not a Falcons fan.

I mean spending s high pick on mahomes to be on the bench worked out for them lol

I'm fine with not playing a QB right away, but they only expected Mahomes to sit for one year, and he was 21.

Penix is sitting at least two years unless something goes very wrong, and he's an older QB, to boot. Like it worked out for Rodgers and Love to sit for three years, I guess, but they were also late first round picks.

Like if you wanted a guy who could sit and develop behind Cousins, draft McCarthy.
