Holy crap these both suck. Gen 3 is the pits. Think Water just about wins because it has less utter trash and more mediocre stuff.

Anyway easy Water vote for me here. Psychic is solid too (love Spoink) but Spheal and Sharpedo are like top 10 Pokemon for me and could carry on their own, and then you have other fantastic Pokemon like Ludicolo, Whiscash, Wailmer, and Corphish/Crawdaunt. A+ lineup
